[edit] earlier conversations
Although this is a fine record store, this entry is little more than an advertisement with content from their website only.Fred.e 13:07, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
- Comments on the article content are at it AfD page Gnangarra 23:29, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

- Although there are now more competitors - it had - while it was in the lower hay street location - a certain synchronicity with the 'Down to Earth' bookshop of that time and also further down again 'Joynt Venture' as well as the old Environment Centre when it was in the same building as Joynt V. - still trying to nut out how to evoke a sense of the centre of Perth in the era of 74- 84, and how it was the era when the suburban shopping centres were reducing the 'primacy' or 'centrality' of the city in classical academic geographic theory - things like the date of closing of Foys and Gibson just further down hay street - the beginning of the Hay Street mall - and the making of one ways streets - if someone has a handle on any of this - then perhaps we are on the way to finding more of a perth-related context to it all? - Also boffins bookstore, the bar at the Maj, shafto lane and original fast eddys(perth 1st 24hr restraunt) at the cnr milligan opposite the old melbourne. then cross over to murray street, a whole new world. this type of info is probably better on articles for Hay Street and Murray Street Gnangarra 10:55, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] More to do
Sorry, but this still is pretty poor and derived verbatim from their website. If I start some articles on the ideas generated by AfD then maybe this chatty ad for a commercial interest can be incorporated there. There must be dozens of venues and cultural foci to work into an en.art This page coud become about the historical format - 78 rpm records. Fred.e 20:41, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
