Anthony Kennedy, a liberal? More of a pragmatist, I think - and generally right down the center of the Court (bearing in mind that the last true liberal on this Court was Thurgood Marshall - can't even find a Justice who will say that capital punishment is inherently unconstitutional anymore!) • If you are thinking about contributing to Wikipedia for any length of time, I would really recommend creating a user account. It makes it a lot easier to track what you've edited, you can create a user page, and you can mark edits as minor, among other things. If you're not interested, no problem. It just seems to me that you've made a number of good edits and would make a good member of our community :). --mdd4696 01:42, 12 November 2005 (UTC)
