I noticed you are known only as an IP address; that means you are not signed up. To sign up, you only need to click Create account and choose a username and password. You don't need to provide any personal information. If you sign up, you'll have a username that others can use to recognize you and leave you messages on the wiki. You'll be able to sign your name just by typing four tildes (~~~~) when you leave someone else a message. Plus, you (and others) will easily be able to see a list of all your contributions to Wikipedia.

I was wondering the same thing, until I realized that the Yahoo news links turn into broken links over time. Perhaps that should be stated more often in your edit summaries when you delete them. That way we know to look for a more permanent link. --Joelmills 04:43, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

The important parts of a news citation are the publication, date, title, and (if any) byline. They are the vital information that allow readers to locate the cited article in newspaper archives, such as microfiche records. The URL is a bonus. Uncle G did it very effectively. When he replaced the link, that info is recorded in the History summary of edits. What you are reading in that link is advice which puts a little too much info on the page. Most editors know to check the summaries to see when and who changed the article. That info automatically records the date which is all the needed info. I trust Uncle G to do his thing. And, as I mentioned, I am aware of the change and watch the page accordingly for edits. As is claimed here. Especially for cities where the related tribe has their own article, like Coloma, California. I don't see U.S. Euro-cities in any other state's Amerind cat. 71.231.107.188 05:12, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

It is my intent to join your project after I complete my work with the WP:CAL project. We worked on Talk:Olompali State Historic Park (please see that talkpage for our joint efforts).

However, it is a triology, not a series. That wasn't vandalism, just a minor rewording.
