[edit] Working through Edit Conflict

We have a bit of a disagreement on Michael Hayden ([1]). From the talk page:

Reading the transcript, I think that he was emphasizing the premise of the amendment rather than the constitutional details if a search is "unreasonable". Open to interpretation. GChriss 15:35, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

Hayden did not go so far as to say that probable cause was not actually in the amendment, but rather that it "says" reasonableness is the standard. I realize that this is open to interpretation, but your changes suggest that he was plain wrong, which in my opinion is does not meet Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy.
