I have blocked you for 24 hours based on violating Wikipedia's no personal attacks. It also appears you are the same as User:Orphan1 based on this edit: [1]. You can leave notice on your talk page, or email an administrator if you feel the block is unjustified. Associated rules that apply directly to you include WP:3RR, WP:NLT, WP:NPA, WP:CIVIL and WP:SOCK and I advise you spend the time reading these areas.--MONGO 07:01, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

You have been asked to not make legal threats yet continue to do so. I am waiting for consultation of whether further action is necessary on this matter. In the meantime, I suggest you review WP:NLT.--MONGO 21:18, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

In view of your comments made to User:Karrmann you have been blocked from editing this site.

i don't see where any of the book references have anything to do with yugos. i guess the books may have yugo references in them, but if they do, that should be so stated, exactly, or else the refernces to books is POV and unverified. and who is this conscensous on the porsche thing? who forms the conscensous. if i and other people with no real knowledge about programming start an article, and wipe out any corrections, as your editors have do here, do they get to form the conscensous? and if you, who are an expert on the subject edit it, and they roll it back, is that okay with you? you can not have website claiming to be fact. yet that is compiled by people with a Npov, with an axe to gring, or who repeat rumors, affecting peoples lives and livlehoods. this is what wiki editors did to John Seigenthaler. i am sure you a familiar with that. i used to live in san antonio, and being an anglo, i have a point of view on racism in SA. should i pubish an article, or edit an article on sa? i could prove that it is a problem. but i wouldn't do that, because i am not a expert on race relations, or have a degree in sociology, so i don't have a right to pubish that as fact as wiki publishes articles about people and things. you can not just let a bunch of people publish what ever they think in a public forum where some people are going to take it as truth because you call your self an encylopedia. and wiki articles are blindly republished as truth in othe online content. so it is not my legal threats that matter. it will be resolved on a much higher level that mine. this whole thing is why bill gates doesn't make windows open source. wouldn't that make your job so much fun, when anyone can change the operating system at any second?

I'm going to mostly try to stay out of the actual content debate on Yugos. I admit to not having much knowledge, and even more importantly much interest, in the subject. What I do have knowledge and interest of is Wikipedia (WP) processes, rules, and generally how things get done.
You cannot so casually toss aside the issue of your threats. For those of us here on WP, they are a critical issue. We simply cannot put up with one user threatening and intimidating another user. In any way, including legal threats. Until and unless you renounce any legal threats and commit to not using such tactics any more, you will remain blocked, only able to edit this, your talk page.
Conscensous is built on the talk pages of the articles in question. It is built by open debate amoung all there. You may be an expert on Yugos, but you are far from an expert on WP, and what is proper on WP. The 13 year old you were threatening may very well be an expert on WP. Or even on Yugos for all we know. But even if he knows nothing about WP, and nothing about Yugos, he has just as much right to edit the Yugo article as you. He has as much right to remove your changes as you have to make them.
I come back to my question at the end of my comments below. What is your goal here? If your goal is to improve the Yugo page, then you must learn to work within the rules of the project.
First you must renounce the legal threats. You will remain blocked until that point, so that has to come first or any other advice is moot.
Next, you have built a rep as a troublesome user already. For better or worse you are going to find strong resistance from a number of people on the Yugo page if you try to make much in the way of edits there. So you are going to need to convince others on the Yugo talk page that the changes you want are the right thing for the page. You will need to be very specific about what parts of the page have problems, and why. Be prepared to defend your comments.
And on top of all this, you have to learn to work within the rules in general. Getting angry at people. Being uncivil. Personal attacks. Making the exact same changes too many times. All of these are actions that will only serve to antagonize people. In the end none of that gets you any closer to your goal of improving the Yugo page.
So if you want to improve the page, you have a lot of work in front of you. You have built up a lot of bad-will by your actions. On the other hand, If you can learn to work well with others and respect the rules around here, I still see the potential for you to be a valuable contributor. We can always use subject experts here. But you have to be willing and able to persuade others to let your desired changes stay. - TexasAndroid 21:34, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Moving foreward

You are obviously passionate about the subject of Yugos. And you obviously have a number of points that you with to change about the article. Very well. But you are going about things totally the wrong way. You will not get any of the results you seek going about things the way you are doing now.

If you want to see your changes remain on Wikipedia, you have got to learn to work within the rules of the project. Continuing to violate these rules is only going to result in you continuing to be blocked.

First things first, you have got to stop the threats to sue. The project cannot put up with editors threatening one another. And Legal threats are specifically addressed and disallowed. More specifically, if one user has an outstanding legal threat against either another user or the project, the first user is not allowed to edit here until the threat is either withdrawn, or the legal case moves forward to conclusion. SO as long as you continue to throw about "I'm gonna sue you" type comments, you will remain blocked. It's as simple as that. Your current blocks are actually within your hands to get removed. Withdraw your threats, commit to make no more such in the future, and you can likely get unblocked. But you simply will not be allowed to use your threats as a club to try to abuse other users. That is not acceptable. Period.

Assuming that you do withdraw the threats and get unblocked, you still have got to learn to work within the rules here if you want to have any chance of your changes remaining. At this point your changes need to be worked out by conscensous on the talk page first before they will have any chance of being accepted onto the main page. For instance, you keep saying that you have proof that certain things are lies. Very well. Present that proof on the talk page. You are going to need to convince other people of your points if you want them to stay. You have already made one gain. The very moderator who blocked you for the threats protected the page has removed the Yugo jokes and link to the joke page as being NPOV and improper. So there may be possibilities for you to convince users of some of your other points. But at this point, simply trying to force your changes into the article is not going to work. Too many people are now watching.

And I can almost guarantee you that the links to your web page will not make it into the article. We are not an advertising page. Continuing to try to force your personal links onto the page only serves to further weaken your position on your other points.

In the end, you have to think about what it is that you want. Do you want to have a chance at seeing some portion of your changes make it onto the page? Or do you want to just continue bashing heads with other editors and, as currently stands, remaining blocked indefinitely. Because without a change in your behaviour, the latter is all you are going to get. If you will change your behaviour and learn to work within the rules here, you might see some of your changes make it onto the page. - TexasAndroid 14:06, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
