This is a picture from the 9th episode of the 7th season of South Park. The name of the episode is Christian Rock Hard; In the episode, Cartman, Token, and Butters decide to make a Christian Rock band, called "Faith + 1". This is the cover of their first album released. Token is looking off into the distance and Butters is standing watching, as told so by Cartman.
