Please do not remove warnings from your talk page or replace them with offensive content. Blanking your talk page will not remove the warnings from the page history. If you continue to blank your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. Feezo (Talk) 23:52, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
- I was not aware that I could not remove the warnings, I believed that they were a message like an email not a fixed in stone sign, so please do not talk to me like a common troll because I enjoy editing my talk page and I don't see why I should have people coming to threaten to ban me over a simple misunderstanding and I thought the whole purpose of having a user talk page was to leave messages for the user and not for others to come and bully me and try to get me banned over a simple grudge over the villain article, as you have twice now done. I've already said I was sorry about my poor writing, and if this continues I could write a letter, to the Wikipedia admins and have your membership cancelled and you blocked if you continue to profane my page with constant threats about things over which I have no understanding, and if you're an admin I could have your adminship revoked, and then perhaps I will become an admin myself and crack down on people who violate the please don't bite the newcomers policy. I was simply being bold, like the rules say I must, and I misunderstood that the warnings were not meant to be like email messages but more like public crucifixions, which I assume the more experienced editors can find somewhere in a section of people recently warned against possibly misperceived vandalism and intimidate them into silence as you have now twice attempted to do to me, but I won't let you intimidate and extort me in such a manner, and if this does not cease and desist then I'm quitting, I'm going to quit Wikipedia, and I suppose that would just make you happy but further down the line you'll regret it, after all can't you see how many typos I correct in the WIkipedia articles? Who else would have thought to add the albeit small section in Hua Xiong about his role in video games being significant in comparison to other non-3 kingdoms generic officers (Such as Huangfu Song and Liu Xun and Li Ru), and who else had the brains to add the section in Guan Yu about him fighting Lü Bu with the other brothers, and how dare you lie to he general public and accuse me of replacing my warnings with offensive content, because I did no such thing and the edit history will prove it, but all I did was to delete them because I thought they were like email messages.
- Please try not to take this personally. Nothing you were warned for is a big deal. The message removal warning is a boilerplate template, and was not specifically written for you. You are not on some hidden list of troublemakers. If you'd like to clean up your talk page, you're welcome to archive it, just be sure to provide a link to the archived page. I'm not trying to persecute you — please just take a step back and realize that this isn't such a big deal. Feezo (Talk) 03:21, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

- Hi again. I hope I'm not bugging you. I can't speak for others, but when I leave messages on people's talk pages warning them about things that could be perceived as vandalism, I'm just trying to help. Some of the template messages could stand to be a little nicer, but the idea is just that you shouldn't do it anymore--not that you should have known better before. You can't know everything ahead of time, so experienced users leave you messages so you can know what not to do. Feezo didn't block you, he/she just let you know that it was considered a problem so you shouldn't do it anymore (now that you know).

- I'm really sorry your Wikipedia experience is being this difficult. Maybe this would be a good time to create a username, so you can make a fresh start? If you want to, that is. Anyway, sorry if I'm bugging you. NickelShoe (Talk) 04:29, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

- Wouldn't people be able to see my IP address from a user name and come back to this page? I couldn't have that, I'd be so ashamed! 70.171.59.231 04:38, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

- No. It's possible to be figure out, but I'm not sure how, and maybe you have to be an admin or something, and no one would do it unless they had reason to think you were trying to hide something or something like that. NickelShoe (Talk) 04:56, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

- Only people with CheckUser access can link an account with an IP, and only developers have such access. If you'd like to make a fresh start of it, by all means do so — you don't even have to tell us the name of your new account. By the way, I agree with NickelShoe that the template I used was a tad harsh. In fact, I just added a milder version to the user talk templates. Feezo (Talk) 05:56, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Villain
Please try not to make false accusations of vandalism. [1] K.C. Tang is a respected editor, and did not vandalize Villain. I hope you can appreciate that the section you added would be very large if it were comprehensive, indeed, it would be the size of the List of villains article! Feezo (Talk) 01:49, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
- I was told that I could edit pages as long as the edits made a reasonable amount of sense, and that this was a place for people to share their knowledge. Well, I told them that if people are going to edit my new section while I'm, while I'm trying to expand it then I should be able to revert it while I'm finding sources for my names so I don't see why I should have to stand for this because I enjoy, making reasonable edits to Wikipedia and I've been accused of vandalism in the past when I was just trying to add to articles and if my writing is of poor quality, then just say so and give me the benefit of the doubt regarding vandalism and trolling because just because I'm not the best writer doesn't make me a troll or a vandal and I told, I told them that I'm just trying to expand Wikipedia especially on a former featured article like villain, but then they called me a troll, and just because I don't write very well or very important things doesn't make me a troll, what happened to don't bite the newcomers and benefit of the doubt? 70.171.59.231 04:13, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hi there. I'm not sure why it's okay for you to accuse other editors of vandalism but it's not okay for others to question your edits? Please try and give us the same benefit of the doubt you ask us to give you. Anyone can edit Wikipedia, yup. But that includes that people can undo your edits (and mine). I'm sorry if you don't like that, but that's what letting anyone edit means. NickelShoe (Talk) 04:20, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

- I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, my problem is not having my articles edited (well it's a little problem, but I understand that poor writing should be removed), the problem is that I am being called a troll and a vandal and a harasser, and if I get IP banned from WIkipedia over such a false accusation it would cause me great distress. I do not have a problem with my contributions being edited or erased, I just don't want to get a half dozen vandalism warnings and don't want people to think that my poor writing is malicious, and don't want to get banned. I was wrong about the vandalism accusation, I understand now that it wasn't vandalism, but what I have a problem with is these instantaneous accusations, and how quickly jump to the conlusion that I am some commoner internet troll.
-
So please question my edits, that's all fine, and I should not have accused that guy of vandalism, and I realize how hypocritical it is of me to complain about being called a vandaltroll when I called someone else that, but regardless, being wrong about one thing does not make my concerns over these accusations invalid. 70.171.59.231 04:34, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] user name
Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions, you seem to be editing quite a bit.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 70.171.59.231). I have found that often edits without a username are viewed with suspicion and you may find that editing with a username is easier. Also is is hard to talk to an IP address, and much of wikipedia is about talking. Logging in does not require any personal details. There are many other benefits for logging in to Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can type {{helpme}} on this page and an experienced Wikipedian will be around to answer any questions you may have.
If you have any questions, ask me on my Talk page – I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia.

[edit] No personal attacks
Hi, please do not make personal attacks, and remain civil in the comments you leave on other users' talk pages. If you persist in attacking other users you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thanks, Gwernol 19:51, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
Again, please do not post offensive personal attacks on other editor's talk pages, as you did at User talk:207.74.27.2. This is considered vandalism and if you continue you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you, Gwernol 21:12, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
- You are right, I got it wrong and did accidentally warn you twice about the same incident on May 26th. My apologies. I've struck the second warning. Gwernol 15:55, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
