[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 00:49, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] About Firefox

I noticed that back in January you asked on Category talk:Wikipedians who use Mozilla Firefox why it's a good idea to use Firefox. Well, better late than never, a few reasons are:

  • Firefox uses the Gecko layout engine to ensure that pages are rendered without bugs
  • Firefox is fast and installs quickly
  • Firefox is very secure, with built-in phishing protection and other features
  • Firefox automatically spell-checks textareas, like the ones you see when editing pages on Wikipedia
  • Firefox supports hundreds of Firefox addons if you want to add more features

If you have any more questions about Firefox, just drop me a note on my talk page. —Remember the dot (talk) 19:44, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
