69th Street–Fisk Avenue is an elevated station on the IRT Flushing Line of the New York City Subway. Located at 69th Street and Roosevelt Avenue in the Woodside neighborhood of Queens, it is served at all times by the 7 train.
The station lacks windscreen treatment at both ends. The mezzanine is at the center of the station. At the far north end of the northbound platform is a closed work stair leading to a storage area below the tracks.
The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway passes under the line just east of the station.
