[edit] Mohamed Farrah Aidid
This is regarding your edit to Mohamed Farrah Aidid. Would you please cite a verifiable source regarding Mohamed Farrah Aidid's clan affiliation? Thanks, -- Gyrofrog (talk) 22:40, 8 December 2005 (UTC)
- Thank you for providing a reference, but it is a link to an older version of this same article. That website is a mirror of Wikipedia. If you look at the bottom of the article, it says "This article is copied from an article on Wikipedia.org". -- Gyrofrog (talk) 02:49, 9 December 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks again, it wasn't on the page you sent but it was on another page at the site. (Actually it didn't specifically say he belonged to Habr Gidr, but that he had strong support among them.) I did finally find a verifiable reference here. As it turns out the Mark Bowden book, but not this particular web page, is already one of the references for this article. See Talk:Mohamed Farrah Aidid#Clan affiliation for more info. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 04:48, 10 December 2005 (UTC)
- Re: C&C Tiberian sun. Sorry, I didn't even know what that was, I had to do a Google search! I always liked video games, but between Wikipedia and all my other interests, I don't have any time left over for them. (I think Marathon and SimCity 2000 were the last ones with which I spent much time.) Games, to me, are like this entire parallel universe: I know it's there, but I don't know much about what goes on in there. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 15:55, 10 December 2005 (UTC)
