[edit] Welcome!
Welcome to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia! You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and gives you many benefits, including:
- The use of a username of your choice, provided that it is appropriate.
- The use of your own personal watchlist to which you can add articles that interest you.
- The ability to start new pages.
- The ability to rename pages.
- The ability to edit semi-protected pages.
- The ability to upload images.
- The ability to customize the appearance and behavior of the website.
- The eligibility to eventually become an administrator.
- Your IP address will no longer be visible to other users.
We hope that you choose to become a Wikipedian and create an account. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have on my talk page. By the way, make sure to sign your posts and comments with four tildes (~~~~), which will let others know who left it. Jkelly 16:56, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Tag disputes
If a tag change is legitimate, it's always a good idea to explain why you are changing the tag, either in the edit summary or in the article's Talk page, so that one doesn't have to assume. Without explaining the changes, it's easy to assume that such changes are vandalism. (Also, please sign any comments on user talk pages by adding four tildes (~~~~) after your comments.) Thanks! -- H·G (words/works) 20:52, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Nasrallah photo
I kindly urge you to familarizy yourself with Wikipedia:Fair_use#Images, which states that reproduction of billboards - even if they have copyright - is fair use according to US copyright (which applies since the Wikipedia servers are located in the US). If you have further concers, please raise them on the relevant talk page. Bertilvidet 13:45, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
- By the way, I will advice you to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can insert four tildes (~), then Wiki automatically changes it into your signature with a time stamp. It is a bit strange to discuss with someone without having a clue who they are or what their purpose is. Bertilvidet 14:16, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
- Once again, please, please argue your case at the relevant talk page (of the image). I am still very puzzled to understand what your motive is. And please dont forget to sign your comments. Bertilvidet 10:09, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
- Finally, the dispute seemt to be settled. If you continue unilateraly to attempt to get well licensed photos deleted, I will have to deal with it as vandalism. How about joining forces on actually improving Wikipedia rather than obstructing other peoples' contributions? Bertilvidet 08:16, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
