Hi. I received a message from Wikipedia saying that I had vandalised the "List of War Criminals" page by adding the names of all of the postwar U.S. Presidents, which is factually correct when using your website's definition of a war crime. Does Wikipedia have a policy regarding war crimes committed by American Presidents?

Thanks, Steve.
