[edit] Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Here are some other hints and tips:

  • I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
  • When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.

If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!

Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian.

[edit] Curious

I'm curious as to where you got your information about Corbin Bleu dating Anna Hallmen. Could you please tell me?

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. --Kurt Shaped Box 18:21, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] I don't know

I have not added or changed any information on Wikipedia. i have thought about it several times but never did. In addition, I don't even know who Corbin Bleu or Anna Hallmen are. 69.19.14.35 16:29, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] RDB Deletes

(Moved from User talk:Petri Krohn)

Please do not revert the deletions related to Red Diaper Baby. I deleted them in order to prevent lawsuits against Wikipedia Foundation. Thanks. 69.19.14.35 17:20, 5 January 2007 (UTC)Benighted

If you genuinely have the interests of Wikipedia in mind, please register an account. (...or at least edit from a fixed IP, so that you can be contacted and your edits can be traced.)
Anonymous deletions of content, without propper explanation on the talk page, are always considered VANDALISM. -- Petri Krohn 17:35, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
I'm not the same person that did those deletes, but we can't GET a static IP through Satellite, and Wikipedia sign ons to not stick if you use Satellite. Very frustrating. 66.82.9.57 18:07, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

Have you tried using the semi-secure proxy? Maybe you will have less trouble staying signed in with that. —Remember the dot (t) 19:34, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] POV edits to UNC and Duke articles

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Ebtunc2006 03:08, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
