Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Trance music. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. --Nlu (talk) 20:15, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Brad Pitt. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Yamla 01:36, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Greets Yamla :)
You said: "We are not adding the link for pagerank, so rel=nofollow has no bearing on our idea that a detailed wiki on the person in the article would be of value to people who use wikis..."
- Nevertheless, the link is inappropriate. Please do not add it again. --Yamla 01:53, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
