sorry - but a school issued us laptops and some people who have questionable intelligence and little respect for your project are changing all of this stuff. I haven't personally changed anything but I know of others who have.
I apologize for their behaivor but there is little I can do to change it. Blocking this ip address when a responsible student attempts to get on seems ill advised but if it needs to be done, then I suppose you should go ahead and do it :(
