[edit] Jonathan Sarfati

Please do not remove large sections of articles without discussing it on the talk page. Thank you. JoshuaZ 18:22, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

I think it's clear, very clear in fact, that emotional unrelated content should not be present in a factual bio. That is, what on earth does the homosexual topic have to do with Sarfati's speciality as a physical chemist and author? I'm going to remove it, as it has no relevancy and no purpose except to agitate those who may disagree with any man's personal moral standards. I realize he's a public figure, I STARTED this wiki for goodness sakes! It was primarily intended to be a brief bio of one man's technical abilities and not some biased, slanted, controversial, rambling, incohesive, character defamation. now please, if you would remove the subjective nonsense and let's let people read the facts and decide for themselves who they think this man is. Everyone, no matter how much people disagree with their philosophy, deserves at least that.

The matter is related, he writes columns about his morals views and how they relate to creationism. They are highly relevant. Now, if you want to discuss this further, I strong suggest doing it on the relevant talk page. JoshuaZ 22:00, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
the article in question was not really related. an objective view would be to say that

"he writes views on morality, here's a link or two to his actual writings", user makes choice based on content. what's on here is a tangent, like it or not. can we discuss it's removal? like I said I started this wiki, I would feel a certain amount of responsibility if it became some bashing ground for this brilliant man. We should agree a completely objective outlook on him, ambivalence is unaccceptable.

Again, I'd strongly prefer to discuss this on the Sarfati talk page. As for "ambivalence" I don't think that word is the word you want. Also, I suggest you read WP:NPOV. Has it occured to you that you may be pushing your POV here? JoshuaZ 13:45, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
