Other administrators or users can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request nor add another unblock request.
Request reason: "I want to edit Wikipedia. Is that allowed?"
Decline reason: "Not from this IP, as it was unfortunately used by a very persistent vandal, User:Cplot. Fut.Perf. ☼ 09:18, 22 January 2007 (UTC)"
This template should be removed when the block has expired, or after 2 days in the case of blocks of 1 week or longer.

CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address has been used abusively;
the address has been blocked temporarily or permanently to prevent further abuse.
If you are a registered user and are seeing this message, please post {{unblock}} on your talk page, with a note
referencing this message. Please be sure to include the IP address (which should appear at the bottom of the block message).
Administrators should not undo any block that is specifically called a "Checkuser" block. Period. The Checkuser knows something that you don't. If the unblock template goes up you need to ask the Checkuser why the block is there. The Checkuser might not tell you, but they will review the situation and decide whether the block can be lifted. It may not be obvious why that block is in place, but there is a reason.[1]

This is my house. Is there some reason why my house's IP is excluded?
| This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
