  1. Please do not delete sections of text or valid links from Wikipedia articles. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. - Bobet 23:34, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
I simply used Sandbox and someone came and blocked me! I demand to be restored access to editing or I am afraid I will have to impose legal issues upon the administrator who blocked me on charges of e-discriminatory material on the basis that I'm completely innocent until proven guilty. I am a lawyer and I know my rights; one cannot just block me for no specified reason -- all accusations are presumed and of an assumptive manner until directly administered with evident cause of the guilty action. Please immediately restore my constitutionally-protected work through any data channels that must be utilized. Thank you.
  2. Hello, please read Wikipedia:No legal threats. --NaconKantari 23:45, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
  3. Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. "Do not make personal attacks anywhere in Wikipedia. Comment on content, not on the contributor. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users." Please keep this is mind while editing. Thanks, --NaconKantari 00:06, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
  4. Please do not remove text from this talk page. Thanks.--ViolinGirl 00:20, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
Excuse me, violingirl, but I believe that my e-rights, as specified with my law firm (I am an attorney) allow me to do what I wish with my own usertalk page. one of your own hypocritical administrators actually removed my words from this page, so don't talk. Thanks.
  5. Hello, please read Wikipedia:No legal threats, again. --NaconKantari 00:26, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
Oh my God, I'm so sorry. My name is Edward and I live in the Bay Area. I was out for awhile and my little brother came onto my laptop and started vanadalizing and playing with Wikipedia and posing as a pushy New York lawyer. Gee, I'm really sorry. OH, well. I understand that I've been blocked which is OK because I don't have much to edit right now. I will see to it that my brother gets any disciplinary action he deserves. I apologize for any inconvenience that he might have caused to the editors and administrative staff of Wikipedia. Is there anything I can do for you to make up for the mess my brother has caused? Please do tell me immediately. -Edward Reynolds
I was just wondering...I don't want to make it seem like I'm a horrible user with all these comments on my user talk page. Would it be OK if I remove all this material that my brother has caused? Thanks. -Edward
  1. Although this IP address has been used for vandalism, they have apologised and claim that another person did so without their permission. Because this IP has not vandalised Wikipedia before, good faith is assumed and the warnings have been hidden, although still visible in edit mode. // Pathoschild 01:54, 10 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Gstaad

Thanks for the info. The reason I was curious about that is that there's a scene in the movie Scent of a Woman where the characters have a little debate about whether the 'g' is silent. One says that dropping the 'g' (in English) is phony unless you've been there. I guess that dropping the 'g' would be natural for an English speaker, but keeping it would be not so bad for a German speaker. But then again, I know nothing of Schwyzer Dütsch. Anyway, that's for the info. I added a note to the article. -lethe talk 08:20, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
