I don't think I'm any more qualified to make a Denver TV template than you are, and, in fact, if you have knowledge about Denver TV stations, you are actually far more qualified, as I have zero knowledge of them (or of TV stations anywhere but the Seattle area), and I've never created a template. Creating the template shell is easy--I can give you the steps. The hard part is assembling the list of stations. I would have to do a lot of research to know what Channels are used in the Denver area, and which are low power, and I don't have enough interest in the topic to put in that much time. The only reason all my recent edits are Colorado TV and radio stations is that I am going thru the contribution list of a user that added/editted a series of them, and I'm just tweaking the formatting, not making any changes to the actual information, since I have no applicable knowledge. Anyway, if you know what the values should be, here are the steps I'd use to create the shell:
- Go to Template:AtlantaTV
- Click Edit this page
- Select all the text in the Edit window (easiest to click in the window, press Ctrl-A to select all, then Ctrl-C to copy it to the buffer)
- Click the browser's Back button once
- In the URL box, replace "Atlanta" with "Denver" and press Enter (or click Go, depending on the browser)--should look like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:DenverTV
- Click Edit this page
- Paste the text into the Edit window (easiest to click in the window, then press Ctrl-V to paste it from the buffer)
- Click Preview to make sure it looks all right, then Save, and you have the template shell, but it's still pointing to all Atlanta stations. That's where someone with knowledge about Denver stations (hopefully you) would have to take over and edit the channel number list to have all the appropriate Denver area numbers, and change the links to the appropriate Wikipedia articles.
