See the Talk page, and this has been in the news. Hell of a "Welcome" message. Google Dead birds, Austin, Texas, and Australia. 65.173.104.227 08:26, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
I am aware of the dead birds in Texas, however they way you added that information to the article did not present it in a manner that was anything more than sensationalist. I would reccomend you add the information in a more constructive manner, instead of writing:
Both Australia and Austin, Texas have reported that DEAD birds have fallen out of the sky. Cause is unknown. As they're flying, something kills them.
Write instead something that cites reputable sources, and adheres to the guidlines for writing in the manual of style. Sources I have read do not indicate birds magically fall from the sky, many news reports have suggested they were simply poisoned, hence the need to support your statements with citations from published sources. Please rewrite the information about dead birds in a constructive manner and add the new text to the article, such an additon to the article would be very welcome and well recieved. --Matthew 08:36, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
