I continually need to remind myself that this is you :). I'm getting rid of the red link to your Talk now to help me remember that. Keep up the good work! mark 12:20, 3 Feb 2005 (UTC)

For your revert on Giovanni Di Stefano which is helping me with late night doubt and angst, I, Anilocra award you, anonymous reverter, a half consumed bottle of decent single malt Scotch whisky

[edit] Hadith

The minority of Muslims who criticise hadith as a whole claim that they are unnecessary I don't think I will try to change what you did to the hadith article even though... well, I believe it's more flaunting the common opinion which is not something that section is meant for. I specifically mentioned in the intro that most Muslims accept hadith in one form or another. That section is just about reasons argued to not accept hadith... I am not sure that saying most people follow hadith is right to do in that section I didn't read what you did but thanks for filling stuff in on Ibadi... why not create a username? user:Grenavitar

[edit] Thanks for work on Ibadi hadith

Thanks for filling out the section on the Ibadi hadith tradition. I couldn't find that information online, but clearly you have better sources.

If you are an Ibadi, or know about Ibadis, we could really use your help on many of the Islam-related articles. They tend to be naively Sunni -- written by Sunnis who can't conceive that there would be any other Muslim viewpoint to be considered. We've now got a few Shi'a involved, and having an Ibadi/Ibadi expert would round things out nicely.

Please take a username and help us make Wikipedia a better resource for non-Muslims (like me) wanting to find out more about Islam. Zora 23:12, 29 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Jews in Algeria

Whoever you are -- I didn't come up with the naming scheme, but if you notice, all of the articles on Jewish communities around the world are "the history of the jews in ___," (History of the Jews in France, History of the Jews in the United States, History of the Jews in Latin America, etc.) regardless of whether they also cover current events. This article is the only one that does not comply with the naming scheme. So, to avoid pointless forwarding back and forth, what do you suggest? Also, I am not sure that credit is a major part of the wikipedia "free use without credit" policy, but I certainly didn't want to steal anyone's work. --Goodoldpolonius2 23:19, 24 May 2005 (UTC)
