[edit] High School
I'm sorry, but as I am not American and don't live in America, I know nothing about American High Schools. In England (where I have lived for the past nine years), High Schools are known as Secondary Schools, and you can find out about English Secondary Schools here. It says: The basis of the present state school system was instituted after the Second World War. Initially schools were separated into primary schools (infant schools age 5 to 7 and junior schools age 7 to 11), and secondary schools (split into more academic grammar schools and more vocational secondary modern schools), so it seems the English Secondary School system started in the '40s. Sorry I can't be of more help! Charlie MacKenzie 09:04, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, 64.107.220.180, but I don't know. Why don't you try asking some of the other editors of the article? Or, are there any teachers you know that you can ask about High Schools? Well Drawn Charlie 09:50, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
