Attention:

This IP address, 62.20.102.130, is registered to Sveasoft AB and may be shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

However, you might still be unable to edit Wikipedia if the IP you are using is blocked due to a MediaWiki "feature". In such a case you could request to be unblocked.

In the event of vandalism from this address, efforts will be made to contact Sveasoft AB to report network abuse.

[edit] Sveasoft

It was brought to my attention that you are editing from Sveasoft's IP range. It's fine if you want to edit the Sveasoft article, but please don't remove information simply because it presents your company in a negative light. Wikipedia tries to present all points of view fairly. Sveasoft has had some GPL-related disputes, and has received much criticism on forums such as Slashdot and BBR. Here at Wikipedia we describe these disputes. If you think there is something inaccurate about the article, please correct it. If you have questions, please bring them up on Talk:Sveasoft. But please do not remove information from the article without justification. Thank you. Rhobite 19:51, August 1, 2005 (UTC)

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. --Tokachu 18:49, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
You are in danger of violating the three-revert rule on a page. Please cease further reverts or you may be blocked from further editing. --Tokachu 21:20, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury...

  • Exhibit A: Someone from IP address 62.20.102.130 posts someone's personal information on Wikipedia... but his script kiddie skills fail when he forgets to use an open proxy!
  • Exhibit B: The IP address is registered to Sveasoft's CEO, James Ewing, who's been suspected of harassment since 2004 or so.
  • Exhibit C: The Sveasoft article is mysteriously being vandalized at about the same time, with the same IP addresses.

Now it's on record, James: you're guilty of harassment via Wikipedia. --Tokachu 15:31, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
