Sorry, I'm user Frenicks, I don't vandalise Wikipedia, have nothing to do with any of the below vandalism and use this computer a lot. This terminal is located in a public library in Bath, UK in the children's section. Is there a way to block users from editing unless they are registered?

A user of 62.171.194.42 is multi-clicking on pay per click Google campaigns. If it happens again we will investigate the user of this IP address - 17th December 2005
Ba ha ha, what do you mean by "investigate"? Go to the children's section of the Bath public library and grab little ruffians by the collar until they stop clicking on your pay-per-click text ads? Don't be ridiculous. It's Google's shitty advertisement system you should be miffed at, instead of bullying 11 year-olds who see the internet is a little more than a big shiny toy.
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Evil Monkey∴Hello July 7, 2005 08:49 (UTC)

Please do not repeatedly vandalize an article. This serves no other purpose than creating more work for Wikipedia's editors and administrators. If you do continue, your account and/or IP will be blocked. Inter 09:38, 28 Jan 2005 (UTC)
