5 Blackburn is a heritage property in the Sandy Hill neighbourhood of Ottawa, Canada. It was originally built in 1905 by lumber baron William H.A. Fraser who lived in it until 1910. It was later home to a number of prominent businessmen and from 1940 to 1945 to aviator Billy Bishop. The Italian embassy moved in 1947 and remained until 1956. When they left the building became the headquarters of the Victorian Order of Nurses.
