Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.
If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.
Wikipedians try to follow a strict policy of never biting new users. If you are unsure of how to do something, you are welcome to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator. One last bit of advice: please sign any discussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD! Please stop spamming talk pages. Trolling like this on wikipedia will not help your cause. This is your final warning otherwise you will be blocked. Go and read wikipedia policies - WP:V, WP:NOR, WP:BLP and then edit wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a user-group like your LUG. We do not allow content to be added into articles without being backed-up by verifiable sources and web-sites (like TOI and other national dailies, or other yearbooks like Manorama and other reliable sources). - Aksi_great (talk) 13:18, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Personal attack
I believe that your post on another user's talk page was a personal attack. Please refrain from personal attacks, as they are considered disruptive and against Wikipedia policy. Thank you. NinaEliza 16:29, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hi
I read your post on Jimbo's talk page and would like to say that I too have an article I wish to write that's very personal to me. However, it is too soon (this person in my family isn't exactly notable yet), and simply too close to me for me to write myself. I must be patient, because I know that when the time comes, people will be there waiting to tell his story.
Please think about helping to write this encyclopedia with us in other ways until your time comes.
Sincerely, NinaEliza (talk • contribs • count • logs • email) 03:21, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
