The award may also be earned by cycling and horseback. The new patch shows this by inclusion of a bicycle wheel and horseshoe. Also, not sure the reason for the repetition about 'provisional units'. ALL scouts are members of chartered units. Provisional units are meaningless in regards to this award. --Emb021 19:33, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
