4x Records is a Chicago-based independent record label. It was founded in 1995 by Bill Morton. The label was formed as he was managing and promoting his band, Instruments of Destruction.

4x Records partnered with Cemetery Gates Promotions in 2005, Jenny Chartrand of Bone Records in 2006 and NL Promotions in early 2007. 4x Records then signed with Sound Riot Records and Mutilated Records as their U.S. representatives.

"4X Records involvement in Atlantis these past 2 years has been obvious. We have seen increased activity across the board, from artist submissions to registration and the best thing about having them involved is their genuine enthusiasm for the event, they get it and that translates well to our clientele."
