Now and Forever: The Hits (2005) |
3D is the fourth studio album by American R&B and hip hop group TLC, released by Arista Records on November 12, 2002 (see 2002 in music), a few months after the accidental death of rapper Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. It was certified Platinum by the RIAA and sold just over 700,000 copies in the U.S and 2 million worldwide. Prior to release there had been reports that Left Eye would be featured prominently, but when the album was released she was only on 4 tracks; something similar occurred with the release of the group's prior album, FanMail.
