3256 Daguerre

3256 Daguerre is a main belt asteroid, which was discovered by Brian A. Skiff and Norman G. Thomas in 1981. It is named after Louis Daguerre, the French inventor of the daguerrotype, an early form of photography. Daguerre measures 24.38 km in diameter.
