30 Something is the fourth single from Jay-Z's album Kingdom Come. It is currently at #8 on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 Chart. The single was produced by Dr. Dre. The main theme of the song is Jay undermining "flossin" as pertaining to the general view on Hip Hop. He references that he's done everything that the "young cats" are doing now and prefers to conduct himself in a more grown up manner.
