"WATCHMEWATCHU" is a fictional character on CW show One Tree Hill. He is a stalker and is played by Matt Barr.
He is also called Psycho Derek by Peyton, as his real name isn't revealed.

"WATCHMEWATCHU" is a stalker that was at first thought to be Ellie Harp trying to reach out to Peyton but she always denied it.

Later on, Peyton Sawyer found a note in one of her CDs telling her she had a half brother but when she called him he hung up on her. She then used her Myspace page to reach out to him and "WATCHMEWATCHU" saw it and decided to pretend to be him. He went to Peyton's house but as a revenge for the phone call she slammed the door on him. She later decided to give him his chance and met him at a Karen's Café with Lucas Scott as back up. As they grew closer Lucas began to think that there was more than met the eye, especially after "Derek" sniffed Peyton's hair. His doubts were confirmed when he stole Peyton's jacket and hired a prostitute to dress up as her whom Lucas later met at the hospital.
Peyton began to think Lucas might be right and went to her "brother's" room and had her suspicion confirmed when she discovered that his computer spelled "yy" instead of "y" just like in one of the messages from "WATCHMEWATCHU". Seeing he had lost her, the stalker tried to rape her, revealing he had been "WATCHMEWATCHU" all along but was stopped by Lucas and the real Derek. He managed to escape but was later caught by the police to Peyton's relief. However he has made his way to Peyton's house on the Prom night. He punches Peyton in the face.
