According to Wikipedia's "John Turner" entry, former Canadian Prime Minister John Turner served as Member of Parliament for St. Lawrence-St. George in the 25th, 26th and 27th Parliament. In each of those articles, there is no mention of either the riding or Mr. Turner in the list of MPs.
