- Interesting rumor on some of the black hat SEO forums -- Google and others may or may not be using Wikipedia's openly published m:Spam blacklist as an input in calculating their own blacklist. Then again, it's just a rumor -- depends on whom you believe.

I did not add any DSB links today or yesterday. Once I found out it was spam it stopped pronto. Can you tell me what the reason for this message is. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.119.101.26 (talk • contribs) 00:15, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

Where is the spam? 24.119.101.26
[edit] OK, so please explain ...
You've been going around talking about how someone from your company tried to harm your competitor and now they're blacklisted. You've also written some choice things about me, but I'll ignore that for now.
I've prepared a list of accounts, articles and edit times on my user subpage at User:A. B./Sandbox12. I set up the page allocating different accounts with their edits to either DSB or searchtexoma. If you want, you can go over that list; if you see any mistakes you note them on the talk page for that subpage -- User talk:A. B./Sandbox12. Please do not alter User:A. B./Sandbox12 itself.
I know this IP address added a link for carinsurance.com[17] but I've assumed all along that was a Joe job aimed at searchtexoma. If there's more going on than that here, I'm open to any specifics you have to offer. --A. B. (talk) 08:06, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
