Romney with his wife Ann, visit his father George W. Romney and his mother Lenore Romney in the West Wing Cabinet Room while his father served in President Nixon's cabinet as Housing and Urban Development secretary (1969–1973).
This is not a stretch, and is accurate, unlike the current caption, It was not taken while his father was Michigan Governor but while he was in the Nixon cabinet.
