The 220th Military Police Company is headquartered at the Denver/Globeville Armory near downtown Denver, Colorado.
The 220th's wartime missions include providing MP combat support to an assigned area of operations. The missions include enemy prisoner-of-war escort, civil disturbance support, battlefield circulation contol, area security, law enforcement operations and convoy escort.
