This IP address, 216.138.113.184, is registered to Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas and may be shared by multiple users of an educational institution. In the case of institutions using proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

In some cases you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism, in which case please read our advice on this situation.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block with the template {{schoolblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of persistent vandalism, anonymous editing from this IP address may be disabled for up to 6 months at a time while abuse reports may be forwarded to your school administration for investigation in case of long-term abuse by registered users.

I asked for a block on this user on WP:VIP. I hope someone will notice. Pavel Vozenilek 22:05, 22 Apr 2005 (UTC)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. — Trilobite (Talk) 17:03, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

I have to inform you that creation of nonsense articles, such as Preston simons, constitutes vandalism as well. - Mike Rosoft 19:39, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] PRETTY PLEASE WITH SUGAR ON TOP BLOCK THIS USER

Edits over a long period of time are wasteful and useless. See, for example, Lester Maddox. --Defenestrate 28 June 2005 22:12 (UTC)

[edit] Sucks To Be A School IP

Yeah, this is the school IP address of Jesuit College Preparatory School. Being a resident of said school, it's funny to see what the students always come in with. However, yes, most of the stuff that comes from here is vandalism. However, I do go against blocking this IP address, as most students who have something contructive to add to wikipedia will probably be turned off. Whoops, forgot to sign. [edit] This IP

I would just like to say that although so much trash/vandalism comes from this IP address, many users including myself contribute through this IP during free periods at school. When the IP is blocked genuine good-intentioned people including myself cannot edit even when they are logged in. So many times I have been unable to contribute because of the blockage. I am ashamed that someone would use this IP for vandalism, but blocking has done no good so far. We can no condone the damage done to Wikipedia, however, I think when this IP is blocked, more harm is done than good. From looking at the edits of this unregistered IP, for example, a vast majority of them were positive rather than negative. Still though, vandals must be punished. Thank you.Dustimagic 23:12, 5 January 2006 (UTC)

Maybe another reason to block the IP? LuckyPanda 23:22, 14 January 2006 (UTC)

Advice: Please stop targeting one or more users' talk pages for abuse or insults, unwarranted doctoring or blanking. It can be seen as vandalism and may get you blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Ichiro 23:08, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. - Ichiro 23:11, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Buchanan-Hermit 07:23, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Block

Vandls can't keep hiding behind their school address; I suggest that the school takes steps to find who's responsible, and have a little talk with them. The address is blocked from editing for repeated and extensive vandalism over a period, despite multiple warnings. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 18:40, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
