[edit] Alternative Title

In the early 1980s, there were Canadians (presumably young men and teenage boys) who refered to The :20 Workout as "The :20 Minute Hard On"

Perhaps there is a Canadian Wikipedian who could (tastefully) expand on this nickname for the show and place it in the article.
