Note: In the event of persistent vandalism, anonymous editing from this IP address may be disabled for up to 6 months at a time while abuse reports may be forwarded to your school administration for investigation in case of long-term abuse by registered users.

This guy is a vandal. His IP address indicates he's a Christian military cadet (http://www.fuma.org/AboutFUMA/index.html). Either that, or they have been hacked. I'll try to revert.

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Washington, D.C., are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. Mwanner | Talk 18:01, 18 May 2006 (UTC)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated. --Sam Blanning(talk) 14:59, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] I Recommend Blocking...

I'd suggest blocking anonymous editing of this article, and/or blocking all editing from 209.36.39.2. This IP Address is the shared proxy server that is used by all cadets and faculty here at Fork Union Military Academy and is likely to be the source of continuing vandalism. I will also see if we can block access to the editing pages from here, but think that might be difficult to do without blocking all access to this site...
