Regrettably, we will very likely not be able to help you with your question, as very few (if any) of the people involved in staffing the helpdesk or Wikipedia in general have legal training, or would be able to offer legal advice. I encourage you to consult a lawyer, or to find someone who can refer you to one, so that you can discuss the specifics of your case. If you do continue to post about this, please strive to avoid mentioning any personal contact information when doing so.
