[edit] June 2006

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Shadow people, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. KungFuGrip 15:01, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please don't be silly

Please don't mess about with joke edits, such as your edit to Sidney Crosby - We try hard here to produce something we can all be proud of - silliness doesn't help. Articles are monitored and users messing about face a block or a ban. Why not try and contribute something useful instead? Have a look at the below and get stuck in properly:

  The five pillars of Wikipedia
  How to edit a page
  Help pages
  Tutorial
How to write a great article
  Manual of Style
  Fun stuff...

Thanks - and enjoy yourself as a responsible Wikipedian!

[edit] Hello.

This is the/an IP of Medford Memorial Middle School. www.medfordmemorial.org. Now, I'm a student there, and I know for a fact that wikipedia is blocked by Websense. Therefore, the only way to get it is through a proxy or, say, an SSH tunnel. So my best guess is that someone is using a transparent webproxy and getting bored in class. Please don't block this IP from viewing Wikipedia (if you can do that, I don't know) because some people actually use it as a reference. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Just another another user (talkcontribs) 16:13, 10 March 2007 (UTC).
