As per your question ("this website is shit, i can type anything into it- may it be true or false. How the hell are you gonna know?"), it is quite easy to know if someone has added false information, like you did in the Regulatory T cell article. We give one of these warnings to people who repeatedly add such "information":
This is your last warning.
The next time you deliberately introduce incorrect information into a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

And if someone doesn't stop after that, they get one of these (or a similar message):
