- The use of a username of your choice, provided that it is appropriate.
- The use of your own personal watchlist to which you can add articles that interest you.
- The ability to start new pages.
- The ability to rename pages.
- The ability to edit semi-protected pages.

[edit] History of coffee
I've fixed up the {{main}} template you were trying to add. The problem was that wikipedia article names are case sensitive (except the first character). Chovain 07:15, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] linkspam
When someone adds the same link to numerous articles and sometimes puts the link in the "references" section, then yes, it looks like linkspam. Natalie 18:37, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Vishnu sahasranama. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.
