Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks.  !!!!!!!!! My name is Charles David Harris but you can call me Dave. I don't know about the rest of you motherfuckers but like the newsman in Network said, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore." I'm so fucking mad I could bite a railroad spike in half and I don't even have any teeth. First, the fact that I smoke and have been discrimadated against because of it. I grew up in a household where both my parents smoked, I myself started smoking at twelve and during my early years everyone smoked. We smoked in cars, buses, trains, planes, bars, restaurants etc. etc. etc., and I am now 64 years old and still continue to smoke. I also was a pot smoker fot a good 15 or 20 twenty years to boot, so all this bullshit about second hand smoke is in my mind just that. If anyone should be dead of smoking or second hand smoke it should sure as hell be me. The fact is we all smoked, everywhere all the time. If second hand smoke is such a threat how come we all didn't die 20 or 30 years ago? There should have been an epidemic of people biting the dust from second hand smoke. Do I smell the sweet aroma of some insurance companies not wanting to cover medical bills of the people who were unfortunate enough to contract cancer or some other ailment from smoking? To me it has the same sweet aroma of what's happening to the victims of Hurricane Katrina where these benevelent insurance companies sold hurricane disaster policies to all those people who faithfully paid their premiums year after year and than when disaster did strike the so called benevelent insurance companies had your best interests in the palms of their hands said "Whoa, wait a minute, wev only meant hurricane coverage, we didn't say anything about flood or water damage", so in another words FUCK YOU, we got your money but we really weren't interested in covering you completely, you must have been under the mistaken illusion that we actually cared about you. I'm not pro big government, but when it comes to trusting a bunch of corporate cocksuckers to give a shit about me I'll pass. When it comes to the very basics of having a roof over your head and being secure in the fact that if something happens I think the last person we ought to trusting some invisible corporate exec like Ken Lay to look out for us. The government may not be perfect but at least if we put our selves in the hands of a government controlled insurance plan the very homes we live in and depend on for the safety and security of our families than at least IF WE PAY ATTENTION TO AND MONITOR what our public servants are up to and demand that if disaster should happen we'll at least know that we won't have to worry about whether or not we may have to live in a tent for two or three years and still never recover enough to ever adequetically care for ourselves and our families ever again. If the govern, ment can do it with social security, why not a government plan where just like SS the government takes out a cetainpercentage of our paychecks for home coverage in case a situation like Katrina should strike any of us. We've got to wake up and notr just elect officials we must follow through by keeping tabs on how they vote on every policy or law concerning all citizens and than hold them accountable if they're fucking up. Enough. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. drini 03:23, 27 May 2005 (UTC) Iraq! It's up to YOU. There's still time, but not a lot!

Will someone please address this individual a little more forthrightly about deleting/vandalising the posts of other users? I believe this person's disregard for procedure warrants a slightly stronger measure than has already been applied. Dave 00:08, 25 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Removing comments

Hi DotSix,

In this edit [1] you reverted a talk page to a much older version, erasing comments which were written by several other users. You are also incorrect about the proper placement of sections: While the custom on the RFC page is to list newer issues at the top, talk pages always keep newer issues at the bottom. This may be confusing to new users. In the future please place new sections at the bottom of talk pages. And if you erase another user's comment again I will block you from editing. I have filed a request for comment on your conduct. It is available at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/DotSix. Please write your response there. I'm disappointed that you ignored my requests to discuss this issue through e-mail or IRC. I had hoped that we could come to a compromise. Rhobite 01:54, July 27, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] About your edits to Thomas Bouchard

Warning: Please do not add obscenities to Wikipedia, like you did with Thomas Bouchard. Injecting unnecessary profanities, racially or sexually abusive comments, or provocative pictures to articles or user pages offends many people. Wikipedia treats such actions as vandalism and blocks people from editing for such repeated vandalism.
