And a little bit more about the crime situation, having five cars stolen in less than a year is a serious problem! Maybe for those who live in the less fortunate parts of the city deal with it more than some others do? What about native children walking the streets late, late at night? These kids are sometimes 4,5 and even 6 years old? Knocking on doors asking for food? No parents and a liberity in this city to do it in the first place? Graffiti, our garage has been hit twice, now we just leave it. Regular dumpster shoppers on a regular basis while we sit in our kitchen and eat our meal? Grocery stores unable to keep a handle on their shopping carts because everyone is running off with them? Our children can't play in the park. There is fear in the parks?? School isn't any easier! Would you like some first hand, hands on experience Mr. - the guy who says "what crime" PLEASE, YOUR NOT SOBER ARE YOU? No one cares!!

Look, no city is perfect. Sounds like you live in one of the worst areas of the city. Most of the city is very safe, and certainly where I live the parks are absolutely beautiful. Every city in North America has its deprived areas. Crime in Winnipeg is a problem, in certain areas, no doubt. And that's rather rude to suggest that someone is intoxicated. Perhaps I should suggest that you be prescribed anti-depressants?
