Attention:

This IP address, 205.144.32.250, is registered to Millcreek Township School District (Erie, Pennsylvania), and may be shared by multiple users. In the case of organizations using proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism, in which case, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
This IP has been repeatedly blocked from editing Wikipedia in response to vandalism. Further acts of vandalism from this IP may result in another immediate block without warning.

Regarding recent vandalism to the Ein Lied article: Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Stop adding nonsense to wikipedia. It is neither helpful or amusing, immature at best. Please use the sandbox to refine your skills. Thank you.

[edit] June 2005

Chris, I read your comments on the discussion page of the Photographers and photography of the civil war. It's good you were concerned. Just letting you know that I'm the author of that text, I write through an IP only and it is authentic. I wrote it for school originally. I have many more texts but they are not in encyclopedic forms. Also when I have time I might translate some articles.

from 205.144.32.250 (talkcontribs)

Hi, thanks for the comment. However, we have no way of verifying that you are the same person that originally contributed that text. You're now coming from the networks of a school district, and not AOL. Also, how can we verify that it was original work? Suggestions? Also, I urge you to create a user account so that we may more easily recognize your contributions. Thanks. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 15:23, 9 Jun 2005 (UTC)

You have recently vandalized a Wikipedia article, and you are now being asked to stop this type of behavior. You're welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

We hope that you will become a legitimate editor and create an account. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia! Your test worked, and thank you for reverting or removing it yourself. The best way to do tests in the future would be to use the sandbox. You can look at these pages as well: how to edit a page, the tutorial, and how to write a great article. All of these pages are good places to start. Again, welcome, and I hope that you will like Wikipedia. Daniel Case 17:54, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
