[edit] The Shining
Its irrevelant in that it doesn't add any information on the article. Some band or the Simpsons making fun of the Shining isn't notable, its just fancruft.--CyberGhostface 19:56, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- Cute. I ask...how is an obscure game poking fun at the Shining NOTABLE to understanding the novel?--CyberGhostface 20:12, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- There are thousands of Shining references. What makes yours so important to the article? Just because its 'true' doesn't make it notable or important.--CyberGhostface 20:17, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for being so mature about this situation and not blowing things out of proportion.--CyberGhostface 20:21, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- I really don't care about Blood. Obviously if Blood were to use ideas from the Shining, that should be noted in its own respective article. But nearly EVERYONE parodies the Shining nowadays, and hardly any of them are notable in the main article for the novel.--CyberGhostface 20:31, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- I apologize for acting the way I did as well.--CyberGhostface 20:35, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Please don't be silly
Please don't mess about with joke edits, such as your edit to Convection - we try hard here to produce something we can all be proud of - silliness doesn't help. Articles are monitored and users messing about face a block or a ban. Why not try and contribute something useful instead? Have a look at the below and get stuck in properly:

Thanks - and enjoy yourself as a responsible Wikipedian!
