I have reason to believe that one person is using the following IPs: 203.173.172.9, 203.173.173.63 and 203.173.164.240. According to the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre , the above IPs all emanate from The Internet Group (ihug) Ltd, of Auckland New Zealand. I believe the same person is also using the real or bogus "user names" Hola79 and Bison augustus. I believe he/she has also vandalised my User page on November 9. I have warned "Bison augustus" regarding racist/libellous abuse and I will take further action against him/her or anyone else engaging in abuse/vandalism of/on my pages. Thank you.
