This ip address has been confirmed as having been used by T-man,_the_Wise_Scarecrow, established by CheckUser, and has been blocked for two weeks. T-man,_the_Wise_Scarecrow was banned from Wikipedia for six months. This was due to constant disruption and attacks of a personal nature, per an arbitration ruling.
