  • Fix slant towards English-speaking world. In particular, add section on German 2-10-0s; Germany was possibly the biggest user of this wheel arrangement worldwide. Also Russian usage, and others.
  • The article just in passing mentions decapods that "... were originally built for the Soviet Union, but never delivered to them". Add some more information about these "lend-lease" decapods that were delivered in huge numbers to USSR during WWII (technical facts, number built, etc.).
